How To Upload Your Documents

You’ve worked hard to become accredited so why not tell your potential employers about it?

Improve you chances of getting the perfect job quickly, by improving your profile.

You can improve your chances and save time in finding your perfect job by uploading certain information.  Don’t worry, any details you supply us will be safe, and only potential clients that have been closely matched to YOUR requirements will have the opportunity to check your details.
 
Here’s how to upload your First Aid, a CRB Cert and any reference letters you may have.

We do realise that not all our child carers have access to computer hardware such as a scanner, but it is in YOUR interest to make sure you upload this information.  You can take your paperwork to most supermarket photo labs, such as Tescos or high street labs such as Snappy Snaps where you’ll be able to have the documents scanned and saved as Jpeg files. 

Once you have your documents saved as Jpegs, go to your dashboard, click on the ‘Edit’ tab and scroll down to ‘Your Documents’.

Here’s how to upload your documents.

In each section you’ll be able to upload each relevant document, please do make sure that each file size is smaller than 2mb.  On the ‘attach new file’ click on ‘Browse’, to locate where the particular file is on your system, then click ‘upload’.  After a short while your scanned certificate or reference letters will be available on your profile.

Just to re-iterate, all your information is safe and will only ever be accessed by parents and agencies interested in your service.
