3 Easy Steps In Finding The Right Childcare...

Many Parents do not realise how much time it takes to find suitable childcare.  The procedure can vary, but to make sure you have got the right person for your family, we recommend that you start looking for your her at least 8 weeks before you need her to start.

These are some of the considerations:

1. You will need to look through several CV’s, then chosen whom you’d like to interview.

2. The next stage is to interview your chosen candidates.  When you have completed your interviews, you may ask your chosen person back for a final interview where you can confirm your terms and conditions and for her to meet the child/children.

3. When the interviewing stages are completed, she may have to give notice to their current employer; all this can take up to 4/6 weeks.
