Totally Childcare Terms and Conditions of Sign-up and Subscription

The following outlines the details of the Terms and Conditions of Order for paid subscription membership through Totally Childcare Online.

Subscription Cancellation

All subscription cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to Totally Childcare at least 24 hours of the sign-up date.

Cooling Off period

Following successful sign-up, you have a 24 hour window in which to cancel your subscription without incurring any charges.  As the service is activated immediately, all cancellations not received within 24 hours of signing up will be non-refundable.

All cancellations must be made in writing to info@totallychildcare.com.

Subscription

Once you have signed-up online, you will receive notification from Totally Childcare that your subscription has been received and processed. Your account will be immediately activated, giving you full access to the childcarer database. For premier, advanced and agency membership, candidate childcarers will be added to your dashboard as and when a job requirement is added.

Our Guarantee

Whilst every effort is made to keep our childcarer database correct and up to date, we are not liable for any information provided by the childcarers.
If you are not completely satisfied, Totally Childcare must be notified in writing (via email) within 24 hours of signing up. Failure to do so will deem your account as being accepted.

All refunds made will be credited to the credit or debit card from which the original purchase was made.  No cash refunds will be made at any time.
