Parents, here’s how YOU benefit from using Your Homepage

Our aim at Totally Child Care is to make finding the perfect child carer as easy as possible, because we understand just how busy parents are.

After registering you’ll have access to Your Homepage.  Simply click on Your Homepage tab on the right hand side of the vertical menu bar at the top of the site.

Here are three easy steps to make sure that you get the most out of Your Homepage.

Step one:  Login to Totally Child Care using the login details you received in your welcome email.  When you log in you’ll be taken instantly to your home page.

Your Homepage is split into five sections:

• Your Dashboard:  Here’s a snapshot showing all the posts you’ve uploaded and all the responses you’ve had.

• Subscriptions:  Here you’ll find information on your membership, such as type of membership and when it’s due to expire.

• Submissions:  Here you’ll find details of all your previous job listings.

• Billing:  Here’s where you’ll find info on payments made for your subscription.

• Profile:  Here’s where you can add and update you profile, which will be seen by nannies and other child carers who may be interested in your position.  We’ve found that parents who do take the time to upload a profile image (a nice family group shot is fine), get more responses, so it’s definitely worth working on your profile.

Step two:  As a member, you’ll be able to search available child carers in your area and contact them directly.  If you are a Premier or Advanced member, you can actually have nannies contact you in response to your job advert and requirements.  And if you‘re in a real hurry to find that perfect child carer then you can even post your job on the home page, making sure every suitable applicant can see it instantly!

Step three:  You’ll be receiving quite a few enquiries regarding your advert.  Make sure you’ve had a look at our comprehensive information pages where you’ll all the information you’ll need to make sure that hiring your Nanny, Baby sitter, Au-Pair or Child Minder goes smoothly.  You can even download an employment contract; find out what to pay your child carer and even join our popular forums where you can take part or even post questions.
