The New Proposal For Child Benefits

What the Conservative Lib-Dem coalition government propose for Child Benefits in 2013...

From 2013 Conservative Lib-Dem coalition government propose to cut child benefits for those people that earn £44,000 or more, is this fare. Some say yes and some say no, are you affected by this decision?

What I don’t understand is that if each parents earns just under the £44,000 a year each then they will still be eligible to claim child benefits, this to me does not seem fare because both salaries together is a large amount of money, these families probable can afford not to claim child benefit. Compare this with a family that has one parents that earns just above this fresh hold then they can’t claim child benefit and this will make these people who are probably struggling to keep their head above water as it is struggle even more. How can this be fare?
